» Bandhavgarh National park

Situated in the Vindhya Mountain Range of Madhya Pradesh, Bandhavgarh National park is 195 kms. from Jabalpur and 237 kms. from Khajuraho. The park has got mixed variety of forest.Almost half the national park's is covered with Sal forest, while mixed forests are found in the higherreaches of the hills. in North there are Stretches of bamboo and grasslands . . Bandhavgarh National park is predominantly it is rugged and hilly.

» Kanha National park

India's largest National Park. "Kanha" is 945 sq. kms. in area. The valley of Kanha is consequence of ancient volcanic activity. The Park is dense and its raw beauty and wilderness is well preserved. It is known as the best place in the world for tiger sighting. Kanha National park had 43 tigers in 1972 which has increased to 114 in 1997. Kanha provides unvailed opportunity to photograph Indian wild life.

» Targeted Species

The forest vegetation is not as dense as Northern forests of India, Therefore make these lacation as great spot for photo tours. The forest holds a good variety of wild life. Apart from Royal Tigers, Bandhavgarh has Chinkara , Nilgai , Chausingha , Jackal , wild boar , Gaur , Muntial , Sambar , Cheetal , Leopard , Rhesus Monkey , Langur , Porcupine , Ratels , Wild dogs, Hyenas , Jungle Cats and a variety of other animals.

This photo trip offers great birding , with more 150 species of birds , This region attracts many migratory birds during summer. Birds that can be seen often and by chance are Blue Bearded Bee Eater, Malabar Hornbills, vultures ,kingfishers ,Racket Tailed Drongo, Blossom headed Parakeets, Paradise Fly Catchers, Wood Shrikes, Minivets, White Bellyed Drongo, Tickell's Blue Flycatchers, White Browned Fantail, Jerdon's Leaf birds, Steppe Eagle and many variety of wild Fowl.

For light : November till February.

For Tiger sighting : Summer ( April till June )

We recommend atleast 10 days trip, Avoid travelling during Holidays season like Diwali / Xmas / new years. as Its a high tourist season & you will feel high disturbance due a lot of tourist travelling.
